2bytes Corp. is a fast-growing South Korean Game Services Company that started operations on 2020.
We have a global team working in 16 different languages in 8 countries worldwide and are continuing to expand.
2bytes is currently looking for Arabic-speaking Community Managers to manage the online community of users for a casual game platform.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing a community of users online, be familiar with social media platforms and latest local trends in Egypt and/or Arabic-speaking world.
Please note that this is a remote position.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and post various global & localized material for users in the Arabic-speaking world
- Moderate and monitor community chats in the game platform
- Answer community members on key questions and direct them to relevant resources
- Compile user trend reports regarding community issues
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Native fluency in Arabic language and culture
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Community-facing mindset and good work ethic
- Ability to work from home without problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in games or IT services
- Any knowledge of English or Korean language (not required)
- Past experience working as a Community Manager, Moderator, or any position in Gaming or IT services

More Details
- Candidates should be able to ideally start work on Jan 9th or Jan 16th (if a later start date is needed, please let us know when)
- This is a remote work from home position since our office is located in Korea (please make sure you have a good internet connection)
- This is a contracted position and will renew every 6 months, but there is possibility of extending the contract to longer periods in the future
